Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy

Amigo Studio will collect fees and invoice the Client after completion and delivery of the project, unless otherwise noted in the Payment schedule. The Client agrees to the collection of fees using the payment method provided at the time of confirmation, or otherwise pay invoice(s) by the due date(s) specified. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the Project.

Invoicing and Collection of Fees

Cancellations, Reschedules and Refunds

Cancellation of service and reschedules within 24 hours of the booking will incur cancellation fees as specified in the booking terms for the booking. Otherwise cancellation and rescheduling incurs no penalties. Applies for all photo shoot and video shoot bookings, and may be waived for social and marketing consultation appointments.

Ownership and Use

All intellectual property rights and usage rights granted to the client upon receipt of fees.

Unless specifically waived, Amigo Studio retains the right to use all images and footage for promotion and advertising of the Amigo Studio brand and services in perpetuity. Amigo Studio may not use images in association with other brands or products.

Expenses

Client will reimburse Amigo Studio for reasonable expenses incurred by the Business in the provision of services under this Contract including but not limited to fares for travel over 120 miles, lodging, transportation and travel days.
